Unable to make online purchases with smart account

Hi there,
Previously, I was able to make online purchases fine. Upon replacing a lost card some time back, I lost this ability. I have visited several FNB branches, to be told that they had now activated my card for online purchases. When I attempt to process one, however, it is rejected. I have tried on several reputable online stores, with which my old card used to work fine.
I have a smart gold card.
Please could you rectify this.
