Surprise payout and exceptional service

I wish to thank Old Mutual for exceptional service and surprisingly good news. I had an endowment policy which matured recently. Big was my surprise when the amount paid out was R14000 more than expected! In addition, the service I received from Thandi at the Lakeside Mall branch in completing the claim form information, as well as her telephonic follow-ups and status feedbacks was going beyond expectation.
