1. On the 2nd of September 2013 I went to Old mutual Southgate, submitted all the documents required by Suzan for the policy that has matured.

2. And she promise to update me about the value of the policy and that the payment it will be within 5 working days.
3. Days went by no one is updating me about the progress and when I started calling making follow-ups with the branch but playing hide and sick game.(not sure protecting who) until I manage to get contact of the manager at Old mutual Jabulane mall.

4. This monday I called Old Mutual Jabulane Mall spoke to Desiree who promise to do a follow up and came back to me, she failed too.

5. 17th Tuesday again called Old Mutual Jabulane Mall looking for the manager, there Mpumi peaked up a call and she failed to give me any information nor an update on my policy . requested to speak to Desiree who was not available again like Suzan.

6. I told Mpumi that the manager (Joseph) must call me but no courtesy done thus far I take it because I am black so I don't deserve good service that whites get.
