I want my payout from Old Mutual

I had a retirement policy with Old Mutual which matured in June 2013. I was suppose to receive a lump sum during that month. I am still waiting for that payout, I have been to the branch several times and i have called them several times, but all i get are excuses. I am tired of calling and going to the branch.
