STUPID OLD MUTUAL I NEED MY MONEY

I have a retirement policy with Old Mutual. It matured on the 24th of FeBruary 2013. I went to a branch at Protea Gardens where I was told the money will be in my account within 48 hours. The money was never in my account as promised. I contacted the main branch via the call centre and I was told to wait atleat 10 - 15 working days. Yesterday I contacted Maponya mall branch and to my surprise i was told I will atleast have to wait for 20 working days. My problem is that I have to make endless follow ups no one from Old Mutual bothers to contact me and atleast explain the process OR update me on what is happening.
I am in a process of completing my retirement house and I was depending on the payout to complete roofing the house. I regret taking a policy with this stupid, unprofessional company. I NEED THAT MONEY YESTERDAY ALREADY STUPID.
