About 2 years ago Substandard Bank took it into their corporate heads to start sending my email correspondence to my friend's wife's email address (we once co-signed a document about 15 years ago).
I have tried repeatedly spoken to SSB to correct my address and have had a number of stand up fights with their "service recovery" (oxymoron haha) division. They claim that the only address they have for me is my current email address and that it is "impossible" for my correspondence to be sent anywhere else. I also check my contact details on line regularly to make sure that they are correct.

Yesterday SSB has again started sending correspondence to F'sW's email address, this time a teaser for their new UCount rewards programme.

What will it take to get them to understand that being dealt with by people who know what they are doing and understand their systems would be reward enough?

Who is going to have the headaches when important stuff gets mis-addressed?

I give Up.
