I am disappointed & outraged that for the 4th time u again are asking me, via e-mail, for my CORRECT address. This is BS from a company that has been in existence for 150 years. Last week, after posting on Hello Peter about the problem of getting my card, someone from Standard Bank phoned me to confirm my address. I demanded from this person to give me the address she had on file, which is the correct address. So I do not know what the K you guys are doing using the incorrect address. But I tell you this. You have 48 hours to get my card to me. I DO NOT want a phone call, e-mail or sms asking me to confirm my address as I have already done that 4 kg times! The only call I will tend to is the courier asking me whether someone will be at home to collect it.
If by end of Wednesday I do not have my card, I will demand that you cancel my Ucount membership and return the FULL R240-00 that you were so expertly able to deduct from my account, with no problems at all.

And I will be moving my accounts to another bank because if you can't get it right to deliver a simple, small piece of plastic to me, I do not want to know what else you are doing wrong to us, your CLIENTS.
