Sending my info to the wrong address for 2 years!

On the 5th of November, I went to Century City Standard Bank to update my address details to the correct address (with my id and proof of address as requested), I called the call centre today to reorder my lost credit card (I ORDERED ONE TWO WEEKS AGO BUT THE LADY I SPOKE TO JUST IGNORED ME AND DIDN'T PUT THE ORDER IN!) and I was shocked that they STILL have my old postal address on record - I have not used it for two years!!! They keep sending my personal details to the old address where someone else is getting my information! Not to mention I have advised UCOUNT and standard bank of this MULTIPLE TIMES - Also been waiting 6 months for my UCOUNT card and reordered it twice but still not arrived - obviously someone else receiving it even though I have corrected the address multiple times! The incompetence has reached epic proportions! I am disgusted!
