Nedbank - ASK ONCE - UTTER RUBBISH!

I have a personal loan through Nedbank, and I originally requested that the debit be done on the 1st of each month, they on their own set it for the last day of the month.
I left things at that, as i could handle it, but when I saw that it would be a problem, I requested to have it changed to the 5th of the month.
For the last 2 Months, they have double debited my account!
1 debit on the 1st (As I originally Requested) and 1 debit on the 5th (As I have recently Requested)
Now I am worse off than 2 months ago, I have different debits that are bouncing, that have cost me money! (Which I'd like back!)
I now look like a bad payer and get a bad bank code I'm sure!?
When I lodge a complaint with "Nedbank Ask Once" I actualy have to ask about 8 times, when finally someone contacts me, they aren't helpful and get clever with me, I find myself still asking for the 9th TIME!
Then he says that in order for my money to be returned, that I have to put my debit back to the original date that I didn't agree on! The last day of each month.

I want answers, and I want someone helpful to contact me and just sort this problem out!

I should never have to go this far to sort out such a simple problem!
