Did not include e-bucks when requested

I recently ordered an FNB credit card and specifically asked for e-bucks to be linked. I have made many purchases with the card, only to find out that e-bucks were not linked. I am very upset about this and would request that these e-bucks be back paid on all of my card swipes. This is your administration error.
