I applied online for a credit card and e-bucks card and was assured that both these cards will be sent to me and be linked on my first contact with FNB, after realising that I have not earned any ebucks after a month and R10000 spend later I was pushed from pillar to post to get told that the cards were not linked and that no e-bucks could be earned. I am now been pushed around to get them to reimburse me for the the e-bucks spent for the past month :(
