I'm highly upset that you have not collected your monies and I have nearly been double debited because of your consultant Mbatha who did not even explaine everything in English so that I can understand the arrangement that is done, I pleed that you acknowledge it is your fault and return my debits to normal as I will not be paying double for anything, Celeste on the other hand has not sent the letter in email she promised to send.
Please sort this out as I find myself in a position to go to the NCR for falsly been accused of not wanting to pay n having to pay arrears which are not due by me as it was not my fault!!!
