FNB - NO SERVICE - ABOUT E-BUCKS

5 months back I phoned FNB C/Card div to close my acc, as I did not need it and I wasn't receiving any e-bucks (I moved from Absa so that I could earn e-bucks, I clearly expressed this when I opened my acc). I was then told (to my surprise) my C/Card had never been linked to e-bucks and therefore I haven't received any, she then convinced me to keep my acc open promising FNB would link my card at no charge and give me 2000 e-bucks. This was 5 months ago, I'm still waiting for my card to be linked and now I have not earned even more rewards.
With Absa I received a guaranteed 1% back on almost all my c/card swipes. I did the math and since Jan'13 till Oct'13, I have swiped R 49 771.57 (no EFT's). With Absa I would have received a minimum of R 497.71. So I'm the looser for moving to FNB.
Secondly, FNB told me that I am eligible for Platinum Cheque and C/Card's, so today I went into the FNB Fourways branch to sort all my problems out and also move up to platinum. But controversially to other branches, there was no-one to direct me where to go, a customer in front of me tried asking one of the employees for help, but she just put her hand up and walked away. This is where I walked out
