Travel Insurance Documentation Not Received

I phoned ABSA Travel Insurance on Thursday afternoon and purchased Option 2 Top Up Travel Insurance for Private Credit Card holders. After going through the process my account was debited with the premium of R1444 but the promised emailed documentation confirming the policy purchase was not received. I telephoned them this morning and was told by another agent to check my junk mail. I did this and not finding anything asked that the documentation be emailed to my husband's address as well. To date the documentation has not been received by either of us (while the account was instantly debited quite successfully!) at either email address and as we are leaving on our trip on Sunday this is now an urgent matter. What is the point of furnishing me with a phone number and the invitation to "contact me if you have a problem" when this pointless exercise elicits no response. This is not the first time I have experienced problems when purchasing ABSA Top Up Travel Insurance. Please may I have the required documentation confirming the policy I purchased!
