I had a transaction which needed to be authorized and after being put though from department to department, I reached authorizations and spoke to this lady who told me I needed to be put through to the dispute department, she then gave me the number mind you the wrong number!!! And as you know this is airtime which is being wasted as well as my time. So I call authorizations back and coincidence it's the same lady, Lindiwe, who I get transferred to and with a rude tone tells me that I was told to phone the dispute department so I told her well you gave me the wrong number, and she exclaims she didn't and says well she'll dial it for me well I was put through the dispute department which had just closed. So since I was still sitting with the wrong dispute department number I had to call in YET AGAIN to get the correct number. Wow and this is suppose to be one of SA's leading banks it's a putty that your call centres are being tarnished with rude, unprofessional people like Lindiwe. Thanks for wasting my time! I will be changing my bank soon.
