On the 25th June 2013 money was off my account someone used my card details to purchase a membership at [URL Removed] for the amount of R423.00.

I received my card from the post office in edenvale on the 19th June and i only activated my card on the 25th at 14:30 at 18:30 that evening transactions starting going off my account. I phoned the card stop department my ref is CAMAEV.

I have reported this to the department on the department on the 26th my case number is 686585.
on the 28th Amos from the department phoned me and said that they could not help me and that i must report this to the dispute department.
So i reported the problem to the dispute department via email on the 28th June at 15:00.
I just got a response back from the dispute department today the 3 July at 09:47 saying they could not help me and that i must cancel the subscription myself with this company [URL Removed] .

So i phoned the bank and the lady literally accused me of giving out my details to this company and that i will not be refunded my R423.00.

This service is pathetic and ridiculous. I am a victim of a crime and now i must pay for it.

I would like an immediate response.
