Was referred to the wrong department over 6 times. The only way I could correct this was to speak to a manager who eventually put me through to the correct department (Credit card dispute) Once at credit card dispute the consultant could not help me due to reasons unknown to me and when I request to speak to a manager, they are all unavailable so my issue remains unresolved. Pathetic service.
