On the 29 April 2013, I was involved in a car accident, having been a paying client for Budget Insurance I was at ease that my query would be handled and sorted in due time. At the most I thought a month would be enough.
I call budget and they responded quickly by sending me a towing vehicle to tow my damaged vehicle. A courtesy car was organized for me and I was again at ease that at least my vehicle would be ready by 01 June 2013, seeing that the damage was not major.
Today is the 06 June 2013 a month later and my vehicle is still not repaired. I was then told by an urgent that they could only extend my courtesy car until the 08 June 2013 (Saturday. Which means i am most likely supposed to go back to using public transportation, which having access to is a hassle considering where I work and the fact that my siblings would also have to back to public transport.)Apparently the AUTO REPAIR CENTRE IS STILL WAITING FOR PARTS, I AM SUPPRISED AT HOW LONG THIS TAKES, CONSIDERING THAT I ONLY DRIVE A TOYOTA YARIS AND NOT A FERRARI!)
After paying my monthly fee of R800.48 on the 25.05.2013 (plus the R6200 Access yet to be paid) for a vehicle I'm very disappointed!

I will be looking!
