Homeloan application takes 7 months!

My Home loan application has taken more than 6 months! I had to resubmit countless documents. Eventually i heard the great news that my loan was approved. After two weeks of no communication I made a query. No one could help me at any Nedbank branch or helpline. Eventually my Bond originator put me on the trail of a certain Zenobia Michaels. She and her assistant, Chantelle, were very unhelpful, but at least i could contact them at first. The basically told me that I am under some sort of investigation and that my home loan has been disapproved. They could not give me more details, and also could not provide me with people that could provide me with more information. My instruction was to wait indefinitely. after numerous phone calls and messages that I left, I eventually got hold of them again. I was promised a report. A week after the promised report I tried to get hold of them again. After at least 10 calls to 0114959972 I got hold of the secretary. She instructed me not to call again as they will let me know if and when they have information. She also asked my why I need a report, saying that she told me before that my application has been denied. Still no further communication
