Further bond application gone wrong

8th of July Nedbank Home Loans Application. Reference #: 1393933
Which I was told to reapply again as I had done an error on the application and they will not accept physical documents to be sent through as this was an online application.
2nd application on 9th July Nedbank Home Loans: Ref 1394227
I was approved in principle for R50 000 on condition that an evaluation be done on my property.
the evaluater came named Peter came and took pictures of the house and completed his evaluation
I was then requested to supply ONLY THE FOLLOWING documents 1.Approved house plans 2.Electrical certificated. I provided these the next day.
Veloshni Reddy further requests plugs in the kitchen for my loan 2b approved approved, I interjected saying i can't instal plugs as my kitchen unit has not been installed.
I received further instruction to complete a kitchen unit before my loan can be approved.
i was also reminded that loan has moved from R50 000 to R44 000 to R42 000 i can provide proof for but with no actual reason as to why.
This morning Shamla Chetty promised me that the R44 000 would be released with no further evaluation,
in the afternoon she turns around and says no theres a retainer.
