DEBIT ORDERS

Good day
I had the misfortune to speak to Premier Banking on Thursday evening, about a debit order that went of my account, when one of the consultants threw the phone down in my ear. The supervisor in charge would have come back to me regarding a? homeloan account for which bthe debit order went. I have been sequestrated since June 2009, plse pray tell where this property is situated that would really be dandy. I demand full refund of the amount that went of my savings account, since the bank is in total disregard of a High court order.
I will also not be faxing or emailing any documentation to FNB as I have done this numerous times in the past four years.
