Nedbank
3 Months for Loan Application and still no answe

I have applied for a small loan of R 300K at Nedbank more than 3 months ago. It was handed to Florida branch. I have written arguably about 20 different mails inclusive of all information requested, bank statements, sources of income. I have indicated that two properties worth R 4M and R 2M are available as surety or security for this loan of which R 2.2m is currently bonded.

I have never in my life received such poor service or simply the inability to understand what should be a relatively simple application. Credit has now after 3 months reverted back with feedback that I can not afford this loan. I am absolutely stunned and "bushed" by this as there is zero to no risk to Nedbank to provide me with this loan. In the mean time Investec Private Bank has fallen over their feet to provide me with this loan with minimal surety required.
