APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to this stupid standard bank woodmead branch to close-off 2 accounts. I signed to speak to a consultant (who was the only on duty at the time) I waited for 50min while he chatted to his lady customer... then came another customer who was in front of me in the queue. He then then disappeared for another 15min and returned, spending another 20min. During this time, other consultants are busy moving up and down... is there a special skill that those imbeciles need to close a stupid account??? I was then helped by another consultant who had also been up and down while I was waiting... it turns of that one account cant close because im owing, guess what... R00.02c, owing this isn't a problem at all (but it never appeared on my internet banking profile... now I had to queue to deposit a lousy 2c that I didn't know about... after all this experience, I remembered that in the consultant list that you sign at reception... why there were so many people on that list to close-off their accounts... Standard Bank is a lousy bank with ridiculous charges (even R00.02cents) and horrible service, I wish a million of its customers can follow suite and leave that stupid useless of s* t of a bank.
