Pathetic service or the lack there of

Today I decided to go to the bank to speak to a consultant during lunch time. I believed that I would have to wait yes, but did not believe I had to wait my entire 1hour lunch. I went to Gardens branch and found no consultants at their desks. I stood as a fool in the designated area waiting for a consultant to appear but this did not happen. I then saw a consultant get someone from a different queue to assist them, no matter the consultant queue need the allocated area. There was no receptionist, there was no organisation and there was no "thinking forward" as they say. The only good this bank does is give one more reasons to leave. Having waited 1 hour and still no service, makes me want to close all accounts and leave to FNB
