Every time a person has to call FNB call centre it turns into a circus as a person has to be transfered between departments as no one has a clue what is done in which department. I lost my petrol card few months ago and i called them to cancel the card of which it was done but the consultant that was assisting me said the petrol card are no longer being issued and i should use only the cheque card in the future. Now they send me the price increases and guess what, they are offering the petrol cards and they always did. So the consultant that was helipng me on this issue about the petrol cards (not a suprise considerating how clueless those consultants are in the first place. Service levels of most SA institutions are going to the dogs... POOR POOR POOR... unacceptable especially form a financial istitution
