Account debited 3 times in one month!!!

I have a personal loan with nedbank since january 2013. My premium is R757.94 per month. I missed aprils payment, so as far as I know my account was supposed to be debited twice in may. My payment of R757, 94 went off on 28/05 then again on 31/05 which was the arrangement. Why the did nedbank debit me for the 3rd time today of R757, 94. I was only one month in arrears, only 2 payments was supposed to go off in may, y was I debited again today??? I am furious coz that money was kepy in that account for my vodacom debit, now you ppeople will reimburse me with my money back or this is going directly to the ombudsman!!!
