FURIOUS CUSTOMER - UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM AUTO

Hello, My name is Renall I am from Durban and I recently purchased a new car. I needed insurance so i decided on A&G as they are a reputable service provider and i thought that i would have no issues with my insurance policy or claims, etc. my policy started from the 25/04/13 and premiums were debited from my acc on the 29/04/13 for the few days in April as well as for May 2013. i was happy. i then got calls on the 20th, 22th & 24th May 2013 from the call centre stating that my policy has been deactivated due to payment not being made and each time i was told that they would activate it again as they found on they side that the debit did go through and they were at fault. i was told my next premium wil be debitted on the 03/06/13 for the month of June 2013, it is the 04/06/13 and still no debits went out. i called and queried with A&G only to find out they had deactivated my policy AGAIN!!! and that is why my debit did not go through. i gave no such instruction and since it is a joint policy with my mums household insurance she didnt give any such instructions either. i am now uninsured due to the negligence of A&G!! If somthing were to happen on my way home i am not covered! ANGRY!
