On the 05th of march 2013 the above mentioned policy was activated however on the very same day I asked them to remove the car from the policy and only to keep the household insurance on the policy but this was not done.i then received a call for vehicle inspection about a week later and I told them once more that I do not want insurance on the car, they told me they will log a request to have this removed.on the 22nd someone gave me another call for vehicle inspection and I told them once more that I do not want this insurance. A debit order went of the car on the 3rd APril (today) which means I paid double on my car insurance.could you please get someone to attend to the reversal immediately and have them remove the car of the policy.
