Account debited on a cancelled policy

Bank guarantee send on my vehicle account, from an insurance that is cancelled. Auto and general debited my vehicle account in March 2013 with R1470 and I did not complain and I paid it. Now again in May they send another bank guarantee to my vehicle account for an amount of R830. This is unacceptable as the policy I had with them is cancelled. I am now with FIRST FOR WOMEN since the 20th of March 2013. This bank guarantees that they are sending to my account are reflecting bad and my acccount is in arrears because of this. Auto and General policy number is 557163193.

I find it hard to understand why would I be debited twice for one vehicle it dosent make sense. Please rectify my account and return the transaction as I no longer have a policy with you.
