Yesterday I reported my credit card missing as I have been unable to locate it. I also asked for the card NOT to be reissued as I am unhappy with card division generally. Due to a misunderstanding with a merchant my daughter was told that we had exceeded the limit on the card. This was resolved with Nedbank yesterday telephonically and my missing card was blocked. This morning when I logged on online I discovered that my credit card was removed from my profile without my permission! If my card is how will I know? Unlike FNB I never receive notification of any transactions. Please add the card back onto my profile so I can continue paying off the card. I also complained yesterday about the random allocation of amounts for greenbacks. R1300 for cash and R1100 for a voucher. Why should there be a difference and why should one wait 4 days for the "reward"!
