I'm very disappointed at the poor service i received from the call centre and jhb branch of fnb, i applied for a cheque book about a month ago over the phone, I waited almost 2 weeks before i got a call to tell me
I cant get a cheque book as i have to go to the branch, I went to the branch in jhb to applied which the lady requested for me and fax a letter stating what cheque book i needed ad I'll pick it up at my branch at the glen, Today the 06-06-2013 I'll call the glen to find out where the cheque book was and i was told nothing was done, almost 1 month was done and not service. So much for convienience...
