Where do i start. DO NOT bank with these people... I have a student loan... after studying i went to Bayside centre in Cape Town, spoke to Bank Manager to ask how payment works and i was told i can pay it back in my own time. Months after that i got a phone call saying if i don't pay i will be handed over immediately. I emailed Nedbank requesting information in which i found out for the first time that i had in installment due since heaven knows when and that i am now in arrears with a ridiculous amount. I emailed them again stating i can only afford a certain amount each month after which i got a reply its been handed over to legal department they will get back to me. After paying what i can afford every month for bout 7 month i emailed again asking the number for the legal department since i still have not heard anything. Newton Inc phones me and says i have a minimum payment which i asked if i can make arrangements to start paying at the end of June, which she said is fine, she will email me to confirm. Now i am getting messages for that amount to be paid now. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME NEDBANK SINCE I CANT GET HOLD OF ANYBODY AT YOUR OFFICES!!! I WAIT YOUR REPLY
