Cancelled Policy but still debited my account

Last September I called Liquid Capital to cancel my Road-side assistance plan I had with them. They sent me a form to complete and send back, which is exactly what I did. Last month I went to my bank to get a 3 months bank statement, only to find out that Liquid Capital is STILL debiting my premium, which I had cancelled, FOR MONTHS! I called to enquirer as to why my account was still being debited, and after waiting on the line to talk to someone for some time, I finally got through to a consultant, who said they would call me back and STILL did not to this day. I find this very unprofessional and i require assistance, and my money back!
