I was told to take my car to the nearest dealership for a service. When I got there the lady at BMW told me they have dont have an account with Liquid Capital, then gave me a quote and I declined it. I then called Liquid Capital and I was not able to even go through their call centre. below is an email I received from the Client services Team leader before I too my car in for service;

"Good day

I can confirm that the debit date has been amended and the change will be effective as of September 2013. The Service plan policy is active and you can book vehicle in for service and advise the dealership that you do have an account with Liquid Capital. The dealership calls us to obtain an authorisation number.

and it all sounded so simple... but I can tell you its all a BIG and I will be cancelling my policy with them soon.

Even if my car doesn't get serviced I need to give credit to one Customer Service Consultant: Lerato Monaheng... for at least giving a call and providing feedback
