No Feedbank on query, in breach of contract

I bought my polo June 2012 and too out a service plan with Liquid Capital via Imperial select. On the 22 April 2013 I phoned Barons Culemborg to book my car in for a service and sent the service plan details to Barons to obtain the auth. On 24th Apr I took my car to Barons and when they called for an auth, they were advised that there was no such plan linked to my car. When we bought the car we had paid for the plan in full and was given a copy of the docs. After that I phoned Liquid Capital spoke to countless people and the dealership and no one gets back to a person. I had to phone after them the whole time. It is now 5 days later and this matter is still unresolved as 3 different people at Liquid Capital cannot agree on the service plan. Paul at service auth cannot link my car with the Chassis number, Tenbekab does not reply, another says that it is an extended warranty (and that on an almost new car what a joke!) And yet another person has actually emailed a copy of my service plan and a welcoming letter to me. What disgusts me no end is that we in good faith arranged to pay the funds to them for the service plan and if i dont have my car serviced shortly the warranty will end.
