No valid reason why I cant claim

Dear FNB insurance,

Firstly, how do you get in contact with the insurance as all emails I have bounce... no valid URL (website).

Can someone please get in contact with me within 48 hours as my debit order went off (the yearly one for my structure), and I am getting no service.
