In October and November last year (2012) I started receiving complaints from the rcs call centre that my account was overdue for a payment of R1300 and had an outstanding balance of > R10 000. Knowing full well that my account was paid up and in full, after paying with debit order each month earlier the same year I suspected something was wrong.

After I lodged a formal dispute with an avidavit and all in December, my dispute was finally resolved in February this year. I was content that the issue was resolved.

Now I am absolutely livid and have no idea how to compose myself.

RCS automatically deactivated my card. To my knowledge the account is closed (no active card) and no card costs therefore there cannot be any new costs to my account.

The call centre started calling again this month that my account is again in arrears with a balance of R2500. How can you explain that to me? This is the last bull, after I compose myself I am sending a letter to the ombudsman. You can deal with them from now on.

I received no call back after call centre agent said he will treat it as urgent.
