FNB Insurance Brokers
We don't care as long as you keep paying!

Having called FNB Brokers, to submit a car windscreen claim, as my car's windscreen is badly cracked and must be replaced I'm told they have now handed all the insurance to Hollard, previously with Mutual and Federal. So I must phone Hollard (but hang on I continue to pay FNB Insurance? Hollard know nothing of me. Anyway 1 1/2 day later my car's still at the panel shop and despite spending hours (and I mean hours) on the phone to FNB, Hollard and I have a list of names, I still have no car, no claim, no windscreen and I still don't know if I exist as a person, but I suppose I'll keep paying. What for?
