I'm disgusted in the insurance that they supply.

I have been struggling to get my claim sorted since September 2013. I'm always contacting the people with regards to my claim and they never contact me back. I keep on getting the response they will call me but they don't. I am disappointed in the outcome of the claim because a lady from TFG guaranteed me that the same ring is in store and she guaranteed that it would be there and it isn't. The only reason why it me of is because it is an engagement ring that my fianc? wanted and out of all the stores she chose that SPECIFIC ring that she likes yet that is why I got insurance but now they want to rub some other ring of on us.

WE DO NOT WANT ANY OTHER RING BECAUSE I HAVE GOT A NEW ONE but yet we cannot spend the value on anything else in the store, what is the big deal?? We are not hard-up for this stupid claim but the service we get and the treatment we receive is. Why spend money to support a place like this and the insurance wasn't cheap either.

I'm not the person to mention names and embarrass people but I want my claim resolved properly.
