Charged for the incorrect smart device

After 4 attempts and three months of trying to correct the issue of being charged for the wrong smart device (Apple iPad) - FNB Smart Device Department has now loaded another device onto my account. They are probably going to debit my account for the monthly cost for two devices.
Refer to FNB employees - Nthabeseng (18/03/2013 @ 12:37), Youdthveer (09/04/2013 @ 09:15), Natasha (Supervisor)(17/04/2013 @ 15:25) and Winnie (09/05/2013 @ 09:55).
This is very unprofessional service and not becomming of a large bank like FNB.
FNB client must be weary of this happening to you. Nobody want to take accountability at FNB Smart Devices.
