Worst Service ever!!!

I honestly don't know where to start as moving to FNB has been a nightmare. On May 3rd I moved from my bank to FNB and opened a gold cheque account, 1st i had to run after the courier to get my card, then i had to spend half the day at the bank trying to sort out the card. One of the main reasons i opened the acc was the S4 deal that they advertised so well. I was never told that my debit order switching had to be done through them so i did it myself and when i was told about the requirement i sent through the debit order forms 16/05/2013. I have been given so many different stories by so many different consultants', i'm not sure if they all attend the same training as they don't seem to be on the same page. So now its a month later and i'm no closer to the S4 than i was at the begining. I called FNB on Friday, 31/05/2013, and laid a complaint Ref: 289707, but till now no1 has bothered to contact me. I am so disappointed, i really wish i hadn't changed banks and i'm considering going back to my old bank. This has to have been the worst experience ever...
