Disgusting Legal Threat, No Respect

I recently opened a Gold Cheque Account at this bank. I had a credit card which ran into arrears. However I explained to someone on Monday 1 July 2013 that we are in the process of moving my accounts and salary to this new account. Then this morning I had a call from your Legal department from a Lady called Claudia who instructing me to pay or they will deduct an undisclosed amount. Now this is but some of the funds that's is starting to come in that was moved over to this bank. She degraded, humiliated me by threatening and also telling me that I can not complain because I have no right to. She went on and on, I have been paying of a loan at his bank which NEVER ended up arrears. My wife also opened an account at this bank, Is this how you treat your customers? I honestly have to say I am cancelling my accounts at this bank today. I feel utterly disgusted that people can be treated this way.
