I had a Credit card with Discovery which I closed and paid off in 2007 at FNB Wilkoppies. In 2010 I got a message from Randup Attorneys saying I've been handed over by FNB. Strange since I've never in three years received any sms or anything saying that I still owe money. I phoned Randup asking for proof, but never received any. Went to FNB & phoned Discovery, they couldn't pick up that I've been handed over. I opened an savings account in 2011 for money I want to save for my daughter. On 03 June 2013 a R210 deduction was made. When I went into the Wilkoppies branch Wanda told me it was for this ''credit card''. I explained to her the story, she tried to help but couldn't really get answers. Her supervisor Cecile and manager Elmarie van Wyk was also called, they still saying they can't help they want the receipt. It was six years ago and I can't find the receipt. Once again I contacted Randup, they say they can't pick me up and FNB took the money. What the is going on here?? Who is taking this money and why was this credit card never closed? I'm going to close this account, but I want the money back and find out who is in your branches, strange things is going on here
