The MOST disgusting service I have ever had in my life! On 8 Nov 2012, almost 7 months ago, I suffered severe damage to my property in Benoni after the heavy haelstorm. The following day I filed a claim. Since filing the claim, I have had more than 20 contractors / assessors visiting the property to look at the various areas of damage. Each time I had to take time off work and travel home (about 20km's each way) which I found most inconvenient. Since the damage, I have made dozens of phonecalls and e-mails to get some feedback. I finally spoke to a Mr Richard Loynes in an attempt to get some service and feedback. When there was still no satisfactory progress, I finally wrote a letter to the chief in charge, Mr Tim Bean, on 26 Feb 2013. Again Mr Loynes who's service is also disgusting, phoned me but nothing further happens! Some of the damage has since been repaired, but I still find myself in the dark for the major portion of this claim. If I don't contact them, feedback is simply non-existant!! I am now turning to the insurance Ombudsman and if not resolved very shortly I will revert to legal action!!
