Poor Service, dishonesty, passing the buck!!!

After several calls to 1st for women, I was promised by Jaleel Phiri that he would send me "a no claim bonus letter stipulating the period of my insurance". This morning, I received a letter providing a different content. 1 year ot 2 back I lodged a third party claim and 1st for women told me that it would no affect me and teh no claim bonus will still apply as the claim will be against the 3rd party. I have 2 issues, Jaleel who i spoke to last just told me he would send a letter to get me off the phone. He did not once mention that it was not possible, in fact if you listen to the call recording you will hear he actually confirmed what i was asking for. Why did the person tell me the last time that it would not affect me and then do it. Why are people so dishonest in your business, why do we deal integrity issues. They are good to take your money but never good enough to assist, why is that. This is not the 1st time i had problems with 1st for women. I am not happy with what has happened, . Especially being to.
