I ordered a smart device from fnb via the internet got confirmation it was approved, then it was delivered on the 17th of May i used it on the 19th of May only to find that it had a mocrophone problem. I could hear the person calling but they could not hear me. I phoned Digital Planet call centre who are oartnered with FNB in arranging the delivery spoke to Zama Xaba who said she would arrange for the phone to be collected. I phone th same day again bcos i realized they would collect it and i would be left without a phone i spoke to Nthabiseng who said we could arrange a swop out where they would bring me a new phone and i would give them the faulty one bcos it hadnt passed 7day warranty. Then the next day a courrier can to fetch the phone but didnt bring a phone with hima i explained the whole story to him he left wityhout the phone the i phoned again and spoke to supervisor Sean who was useless & told me 2 call fnb i did spoke to Tshidi she said she wud escalate days passed phoned fnb again spoke to Kgaauhelo ref RM 105224232 who directed me 2 william back at didgital planet said the phone wud be collected the next day 29th May phone still not collected.
