I received a Samsung S4 Mini on 11 December 2013. I could not use the phone as many icons on the phone could not be accessed. I took the phone to my local Autopage Cellular (because no one at callcentre could be contacted on the weekend) and they confirmed that the phone did indeed have a software problem and advised that it should go back to supplier.

On Tuesday 17 December I called Digital Planet and informed them of the problem. I stated that I want them to take the device back, seeing that I reported this problem to them within the first seven days after delivery. I stated that I want the contract cancelled and added that I will order a different make device, because I am disappointed in Samsung. They told me that it could be done and they will arrange to collect the device the next day. They then proceeded to put me through for the application of a different device. The reference number for the call is 01/1387261866.1293226.

Numerous phonecalls later and to date the device has not been collected. I have also had NO response as to what will happen next. I have the faulty device and it seems that they don't really intend on doing anything abbout it.
