Good Day,

Good service delivery, based on price and relay of information.

The reason for my frown was that prior to speaking to Lwazi, I put through my first claim with OUTSURANCE and was, and still am daunted by the fact of the high access.
Lwasi assisted me with adjusting my premium and giving me plausible examples for me to better understand my policy. (So thumbs up for that)

Besides the service I received from Lwazi, is colleague Chisme Govender kept the ball up, by assisting me with another call back query.

OUTSURANCE my challenge to you is to change my smile to an excited scream by relooking at access payable on the claim I put through.
