On 9 May I bought a HTC Rio cellphone, which was delivered on 13 May 2013. The phone became faulty on the 22 May, 9 days after it was bought. I phoned [URL Removed] the same day and spoke to a Josinda, who said she will arrange for a pick up, which was done on the 23rd May. I received a mail on 24 May that the phone was received by [URL Removed] I phoned today to hear how far the refund is. I spoke to a Verona who told me that it can take up to 14 days for the assesment to be done. That is rediciulous and definately unacceptable. The phone was 9 days old when it become faulty. I had to buy a new phone, as I can not wait 14 days for [URL Removed] to wake up. I will NEVER EVER again buy anything from Kakahari.com again. This is the worst service I got from a company as big as [URL Removed]
