Good day,

On the 9th of Jan I have ordered my FNB smart device combo. on the 10th it has been approved and I will be contacted with detail of delivery. its now the 29th and I still don't have my TV. every time I contact digital planet to follow up, they cannot find me on the system. I then phone FNB and according the them there is no problem on their side, the have sent through the order. I also got a call to confirm my TV licence, and nothing else. So who is lying to me? Can someone please let me know when I will be receiving my device.
